The short version: Collaborative Voir Dire does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information — about you, your clients, or the individuals evaluated during proceedings. The application works entirely on your local network and has no connection to our servers or any third party.

Information We Do Not Collect

Collaborative Voir Dire does not collect any of the following:

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • Device or advertising identifiers
  • Location data of any kind
  • Usage analytics or behavioral telemetry
  • Health or biometric data
  • Financial or payment information
  • Contacts, calendar entries, or photos
  • Any data entered within the application

How the Application Works

Collaborative Voir Dire operates entirely on a local area network (LAN) established between devices used by your legal team. All communication occurs directly between your devices over that private network.

  • No internet connection is required to use the application
  • No data is ever transmitted to Timbre Solutions or any third party
  • Session data is stored only on your device and any local server you operate within your own network
  • You have full and exclusive control over all data generated by the application

Apple may collect certain technical information as a standard part of operating the App Store and TestFlight platforms. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

Third-Party Services

Collaborative Voir Dire does not integrate with any third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or data brokers. No third-party SDKs that collect user data are included in the application.

Advertising

Collaborative Voir Dire contains no advertising of any kind. We do not partner with, share data with, or receive revenue from any advertising network.

Data Retention

Because we do not collect any data, we have nothing to retain and there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf.

Session files and CSV logs generated by the application are stored locally on your device or your firm's local server. You are solely responsible for managing, retaining, or deleting those files in accordance with your professional obligations and applicable rules of professional conduct.

Children's Privacy

Collaborative Voir Dire is a professional legal application intended solely for use by licensed attorneys and legal professionals. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy in the future, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document and make the updated policy available at this URL and within the application. Any changes will be communicated to TestFlight testers through release notes. Because we do not collect contact information, we cannot notify you directly — please review this policy periodically if you have concerns.
